Equipment

This equipment is hire use only.

The equipment is suitable only for children, aged between 4 and 11 years old. Please ensure no-one outside of this this age bracket uses the equipment.

Children and the equipment must be supervised at all times.

Shoes, jewellery, badges and other accessories must be removed before using the equipment.

No face paint or silly string to be used near the equipment.

No smoking or naked flames near the equipment.

No food, drinks or chewing gum permitted inside the tents.

Please ensure that pets are kept away from the equipment.

Users must not climb or hang on the equipment nor behave in such a manner that may cause injury and/or damage to the equipment. The hirer will be responsible injury and/or damage to the equipment as a result of misuse. A damaged goods invoice will be issued, to the hirer, in the event of any loss or damage.

Ensure the equipment is not over-crowded, limiting numbers according to the number of tents/beds hired.

For additional hire items, please ensure that the age range of those using the equipment is suitable according to the equipment description.

During set-up and take down of the equipment, please allow space for the team to work – keep children away.

The set-up and take down of equipment must only be performed by a member of the Cloud 9 team. Equipment must not be tampered with.

Tents are suitable for indoor use only.

We, the company, cannot be held responsible for the safe consumption or allergic reactions to products supplied or hired by Cloud 9. It is advised that the hirer check the labels of products provided for guests with allergies and/or intolerances.

It will not be supplied in a brand-new condition, as it will have been previously hired, and as such, some products may be marked. It is your duty to inform the team member setting up your event if you are dissatisfied in any way, before they leave the premises.

Event Bookings

Standard overnight hire: 4 pm -10 am. This is dependent upon the site location delivery and collection routes. We will always endeavour to accommodate the hirer’s requirement. Equipment must be available for collection at the time agreed when the booking is made. Should the client prevent the equipment from being collected, the client will incur overnight charges until collection is made.

If Cloud 9 are unable to collect due to vehicle failures, adverse weather or road closures, we will arrange collection on the following day. It will be the client’s responsibility to ensure a suitable representative is present at the time of collection.

All event bookings require 50% deposit to hold the date. Deposits are non-refundable. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is paid. The outstanding balance is to be paid no later than 5 days prior to your event, with the exception of short notice bookings (less than 5 days prior to event) when the balance is due at the time of booking.

Full payment is required according to the number of tents booked, regardless as to how many of your guests arrive.

Event bookings are on a first to book basis.

Travel charges will vary depending upon distance travelled from our premises to the event location. The hirer will be advised of the charge once the event package has been confirmed.
